Starlight Symphony Saturday August 28!

Are you looking for a something fun to do this weekend?  Don’t miss the Starlight Symphony performed by the Jackson Symphony on Saturday, August 28 at 6:45pm on the grounds of First Presbyterian Church.   They are located at 1573 North Highland Avenue in Jackson.

This is a free concert and a yearly tradition in Jackson.  You don’t want to miss the beautiful Carillon Prelude at 6:45pm  then the concert begins at 7:30pm.   The Symphony will be previewing their upcoming season featuring a mix of classical, pop and patriotic music concluding with a wonderful rendition of the Overture of 1812 with real cannon fire.

Take lawn chairs or blankets for seating and you are welcome to bring a picnic to enjoy.
